"I support the Group Finance Director in reporting the consolidated financial results, leading on the audit of the group and delivering technical investment accounting."

Jess has extensive experience of all aspects of finance.

Prior to joining Wheatsheaf, she spent 10 years working at Deloitte LLP where she was a Senior Manager in the private markets audit team.

Jess has also been involved in family farms throughout her life, from which she has gained knowledge and appreciation of the industry.

She is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow of ICAEW. She also holds a BSc degree in Management from UMIST.

"I lead and assist with the financial management and report on portfolio performance to drive strategic decisions. I support the execution of new and follow on investments and manage portfolio relationships."

Kasia joined Wheatsheaf as Assistant Group Accountant in May 2012. During the summer of 2013, Kasia moved to the investment team as Investment Analyst and was subsequently made an Investment Manager. In 2017, Kasia was appointed Portfolio Finance Manager.

Prior to Wheatsheaf, Kasia worked as a management accountant at the Grosvenor Garden Center and NWN Media Ltd.

Kasia is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow of ACCA and holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Gdansk University of Technology.

"I am responsible for developing and implementing Wheatsheaf’s communications activities as well as parts of the wider Grosvenor Estate."

Paul is a Public Relations and Communication Manager for the Grosvenor Estate with a particular focus on the activities of Wheatsheaf and the Estate’s Family Office.

Joining the organisation in 2014, Paul has previously worked in communications roles in higher education and the NHS. Prior to that he was a reporter for some of the largest regional newspapers in the UK.

"I ensure that Wheatsheaf’s People Strategy is designed and implemented to achieve the company’s goals."

Simon joined Wheatsheaf in October 2019. He has extensive HR experience in multiple industry sectors.

Before joining Wheatsheaf, Simon was Global Head of People Practices at AstraZeneca where he was responsible for the leadership and oversight of 250 people across all HR Centres of Excellence.

In June 2014, Simon founded a consulting company to help various business in developing their people strategy and implementing new employment relations approach and framework.

Simon holds a politic degree from Warwick University.

"In addition to evaluating and executing new and follow-on investments, I am responsible for ensuring that the Group maintains consistent insight gathering and intelligence building activities around our sectors of focus."

Tim joined Wheatsheaf in 2011 as an analyst supporting the Chief Investment Officer with research and financial valuation expertise.

Prior to joining Wheatsheaf, Tim was a research analyst with Citigroup Investment Research, providing investment advice to many of the world’s largest asset managers. He specialised in publicly-listed UK and European technology companies.

Tim holds a master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
